Resellergram Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Information

As Resellergram, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Refunds and cancellations for purchased digital services are carried out in accordance with the current legal regulations and the conditions stated below.

All users who purchase services through Resellergram are deemed to have accepted this refund policy.

2. When Are Refunds Made?

Refunds can be made in the following cases:

  • If the service could not be started at all due to a technical problem

  • If the service was canceled by the user after the order was created but before the service was started

  • If the delivery time specified in the service description has been exceeded and the service has not been provided

  • If the service could not be provided due to a system error

  • If the service cannot be delivered due to a technical problem caused by Resellergram

3. When Are Refunds Not Made?

Refunds are not made in the following cases:

  • If the service has been started

  • If the service has been delivered within the specified time

  • If the user entered an incorrect username, link, or information

  • If there has been a decrease due to algorithm changes of social media platforms

  • If there is a natural decrease in services such as followers, likes, views

  • If the service has been used incorrectly or for purposes other than its intended use by the user

  • In services delivered as code, license, or digital access

  • In bonus balances in the user's account

  • In orders for gambling, betting, +18 content, or illegal services

4. Bonus Balance Usage and Refund Conditions

Bonus balances provided by Resellergram:

  • Are for promotional purposes

  • Have no cash value

  • Cannot be refunded

Terms related to bonus:

  • After the bonus balance is used, the refund request is considered invalid

  • If the bonus and real balance are used together, the system considers the bonus to have been used first

  • If the bonus has been used, the remaining balance is not refunded

  • When the user loads balance, they are deemed to have accepted these terms

5. Refund Process

For refund requests, the user must apply to the following e-mail address:

Process:

  • Requests are reviewed within 3 business days

  • Approved refunds are made within 5 business days using the payment method

6. Legal Basis

Refund transactions are carried out in accordance with the following legislation:

  • Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers

  • Distance Contracts Regulation

In digital services, the right of withdrawal is not valid after the service has started.

7. User Responsibility

User:

  • Is obliged to read the service descriptions

  • Must enter correct information

In case of incorrect information entry, the responsibility belongs to the user.
